Work progress as of January 24, 2011

A deficiency walk-through has been completed today and deficiencies will be repaired in the next few days. There will also be painting on P1, P2 and P3.

Please leave the green masking tape on the walls as this marks areas that need further attention.

Final Walk Through

Wolfgang and your Property Manager will be conducting an inspection on Monday at 8:30am of the painting project. We will be completing all deficiencies right away.

Work progress as of January 14, 2011

The 8th, 9th and 10th floors have received a second coat of paint as of yesterday. Today we are painting floors 5, 6 and 7.  Again, we will repair deficiencies before final completion of the project.

Progress as of January 13th

Floors 11 through 16 have received two coats. Deficiencies have been noted and will be fixed before presenting it to strata for a final walk through. We are currently working on floors 8-10. Things are progressing nicely, and we will be done mid to late next week.

Day 1 - Work Begins

We have started prep and painting today. We will be using High Performance 2000 eggshell from General Paint, which is a super durable acrylic for walls. Expect a slight ammonia smell during the painting process. Expect to see green tape on top of baseboards to protect them as we are just painting the walls.

Latex paints take 28 days to cure, so please take care around the walls during this time until they cure to full strength.

This is minor construction type job and we will do our best things clean as we go.
